What is Kombucha?
A living beverage like no other! Originated in China, kombucha is made from the fermentation of tea, sugar, and a SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast) – a live culture of bacteria and yeast.
Naturally carbonated, slightly acidic, and full of probiotics, it retains its main benefits because it is not pasteurised.
